Bill - Welcome to the team! Two quick/easy meals I rely on are: (1) Protein Berry Whey Smoothie (EAS Whey Protein, Rice Milk, and 1/4 c. berries, blended) and (2) Spelt Tortilla stuffed with 1/4 c. brown rice and 1-2 Tbs, salsa mixture).

Hey here is a quick tip that has been working for me. I use to come in the house from work starving. I would eat about 200 calories while I was warming/making dinner. So I made my meal #5 which is about 4:30pm at my desk this concoction.
6 oz fat free yogurt (60 - 80 calories) 1/4 cup berries (I keep a bag of frozen in the freezer at work) 1/4 - 1/2 cup fiber one cereal (about 60 calories) 1 tablespoom chopped walnuts
This is helped me a lot. My dinners are much lighter now that I don't walk in the house starved. This also packs easy when you are on the go.
I've been eating nuttin' but bad food for the last 2 months and was hitting the sugar pretty heavy before that. I'm hoping to pick up some real life advice on some of the meals that you guys and girls eat regularly. I've "pre-made" at least a weeks worth of chicken breasts, long grain rice, 15 bean soup and enough cucumbers and celery to choke a cow. But, I know me. I'll get bored pretty quick with the same foods.
