Eating Clean is a process...baby steps. This team is fantastic, and I know you'll get tons of tips. Plus, if you don't have the book "The Eat Clean Diet" by Tosca Reno, go grab it!

Welcome to the team!
Today, may I make good decisions that create positive outcomes and may I have wonderful, loving people in my life to share this awesome journey with.

Hi! I really want to eat clean. I was way better when I first started a year ago, but I have since slumped back into my old ways. There was a lot about eating clean that I didn't know about, such as no sugar and no hydrogenated oils (that's gonna be hard, but I'll try). I need a group to keep me accountable. I would love some advice, tips, and encouragement. And I would love to offer the same :)
