I've been eating pretty clean for several years now. I was raised to eat this way- I guess coming from a European background with all the home cooking...loads of soups and vegetables and common sense (training) helped shape my future.

HOWEVER, I commited to losing lots of JUNK (additives, preservatives, sugars...you get the idea) about 6 mos ago.

My weight loss is slow going. I don't seem to care of late. Why?

Becasue I feel fantastic. I look like I've lost 20 pounds and people tell me this ALL the time. I know it's hard to beleive but eating clean natural foods in as close a pure state as possible flushes away fat and toxins.

I took things seriously after doing a few fruit and vegetable flushes(jay robb.com) and felt like someone injected me with b-12. I felt good, I looked younger, my skin was full and vibrant...

Anyhow... after about 6 mos of seriously cutting out toxins, I can testify that eating clean has also eliminated mood swings and overall feelings of weary, depression...

I simply feel great every morning when I rise.

It's that simple.

Wellness through eating clean is the way!

Life is good :)

Welcome newbies and thanks for checking in!!!

I'm only as strong as the coffee I drink and the hair spray I use...

It's been 2 months.I am feeling much better. My cloths are getting loser each week. I love knowing what the best foods for my body are. I have much more energy. My skin is more vibrant. I learned that I do some things by habit not by desire. I actually like sweet potato's plain. I was buttering and sugaring them by habit. I think the life style changes that are starting to feel like second nature is one of the best gifts I've given myself in a long time.

I've been eating clean for about four and a half months now! It is what broke my plateau! As far as changes...wow! The fat has melted off!!! I've lost inches in my legs, hips, butt...and my stomach is toned. I have had to buy all new clothing...as I could take my jeans off without unzipping or unbuttoning them! LOL

As far as skin...well, I was already taking great care of it with botanically based products before clean eating...so I haven't noticed a difference there.

I don't crave anything any more....could care less about sweets or salty foods.

Just feel great! Love the energy!

I'm hearing some pretty fantastic things at just one month.

Share with us the rewards and your testimony since eating clean.

--Skin (texture, fullness, color)
--body mass (slimmer or just leaner minus fat??)
--mood (improved? Subtle or extreme changes)

Tell us all about it!
