I'm here to lose 40 some pounds that have accumulated over the past few years due to unforeseen circumstances. I didn't know what I have been striving for is eating clean which I've been doing for the past decade. With the holidays, some unusual food have crept into my diet which will soon disappear; I try to be flexible if it's in moderation or occasional. I have stepped up my clean eating by growing most of our vegetable from spring to autumn so long as the weather permits.

Glad to have found this group and I'll be looking into the mag. Ha! :)

Hi Everyone! My name is Leah. I'm 28, currently living in Munich, Germany (originally from Chicago Area). I just had my first baby in August and this preggo weight is not coming off!! I joined SP in 2007 to get healthy before I went on a backpacking trip around Europe and it was great, so I figured that it can help me again now! I have about 20lbs of preggo weight to lose, but still a ways to go from there to get down to my ideal weight. My plan of attack is to slowly start eating more and more raw foods and to get into running. I have NEVER been a runner, but I started doing the Couch to 5k program and it is going ok. I can't always get out 3x per week with juggling baby and my hubby's schedule and having very sleepless nights to top it off, but I am slowly making my way through the program. I hope to get a jogging stroller in the spring so I can run with the baby. It is a lot harder to find time to be healthy while dealing with an infant, but I just keep telling myself that any little thing is better than nothing! I hope that all of us can find the motivation here to kick off and stick to a great, healthy 2012!!!

Hello, my name is Jane. I have been working toward clean eating for quite awhile now. I love Clean Eating magazine and use the recipes quite often. I have been sliding some since Thanksgiving (alot!) so I am ready to go for 2012. My slide started at the same time our fresh produce market closed for the winter at work. No excuse, there are fruits and vegetables at Hyvee but they just aren't as good somehow. Oh well, spring will be here soon and the market will reopen. I downloaded the Just the Rules book from Tosca Reno today and will have my kitchen ready and meals planned for next week by Sunday.

Hello Everybody! I just got back on Spark People and decided to join this team after I realized the diet I "made up" for myself was essentially eating clean.

I have a tendency to get knee deep in processed foods when I eat them (one bowl of cereal ALWAYS turns into half the box, one cookie becomes one sleeve of cookies, etc.) and I thought that cutting all the processed foods and eating what mother nature intended us to eat may help.

I immediately dropped weight, down 17 pounds. I hit a road bump when I started cheating but I'm back to it and am hoping being part of a team like this will help me stay on track! I thought having just one piece of pie would be okay on Thanksgiving...I literally ate the whole thing.

Hi! I'm new here. I've been eating pretty healthfully since the summer but I am now taking it up a step and trying to stick with organic fruits and veggies and grass-fed meat.
I got kind of freaked out this holiday weekend listening to people's health problems and watching commercials (I never really watch tv so this was eye opening) for medications and also junk food.
I've also been reading articles about healthy food that will poison you because of a variety of reasons. Pesticides, earth its grown in... etc.
So I am scared straight right now!

HI everyone!

Welcome to the team! CE is such an amazing process for the body and you'll love how you feel. Energy just seems to pour forth when we eat clean. Good luck and enjoy the journey, it is one that is worth while!

Hi! I am new to this group. I am working on eating clean and getting more excerise. I am pretty lucky in that at my new job (as a live in nanny) the family eats pretty clean so at least I don't have much conflict with my "new family" But I definately want to eat better/cleaner to help with my health/weight!

Hi. My name is Tina. I love to exercise. The problem I have is eating healthy clean foods. Let's face it......if I didn't love to exercise, I'd probably be twice my weight by now. I want to be healthier and I want to choose better foods for myself and my family. We often just have to get whatever is on sale, since we never have much money to buy all the healthy stuff. So I could really use some help choosing healthy foods that don't cost a fortune and that actually taste good. :-)

I've also been off and on SP a number of times. This particular time I want to focus on cleaner foods and daily physical movement. On a business trip I just returned from I was introduced to information regarding added antibiotics and hormones in our meat/milk/egg supply. I also found out a little about GM foods and the number of pesticides/insecticides/bugicides used on our produce.

I haven't been able to do any research on the health care issues these things could effect, since the purpose of the information I was getting was to advertise how wonderful these processes are helping our modern farmers. But really --- EWWWWW

Since most of us spend our lives doing ordinary tasks, the most important thing is to carry them out extraordinary well.

Hi!!! My name is Sue and I just joined Sparkpeople again. I have started and stopped so many times. I let my life get in my way. Now I have gained back all the weight I had lost and stopped exercising. I am interested in eating healthier and was interested in eating clean. I not only feel like I need to lose weight but get healthy also. Lately I have not been feeling great.... no energy, my BP has been higher, heartburn is back. I need to take better care of myself so I am here. Hopefully, it won't be too hard to stick to the program and get my family on board also.

Hello all! I am going back into a clean eating program. I've thought long and hard about it and decided to do it starting of all days on Thanksgiving.

I just rejoined Spark and started back exercising. I was a member for about 2 years 2 years ago with success. There were some holes in my program and I'm filling those holes with wholesome food choices.

I am going back into juicing. I'll juice twice a day once in the morning and once at night. I'll have healthy self-prepared meals.

I'm also going organic and choosing animal meats and products where the animals are ethically treated. No gmo's, cage-free, organically fed, etc.

Financially it will be a lot more than what I'm spending now. However, it's my vote for a better and healthier self and world.

I also am standing up and stating proudly that I truly am a healthy food snob. A food nazi, or perhaps you'd prefer the term: member of the food police. LOL

I don't rag on anyone else. I simply will be living by my own high standards and education about truly 100% healthy food.

Karen

Howdy! My name's Jen. I've been a member for awhile but not an active participating member. Haven't been eating clean for a long time now. But, i'm ready to get back with it. I've started having stomach issues and I think i'm now lactose intolerant..to a certain degree. If I don't eat dairy I feel just fine. Eat dairy and I am bloated and in some pain just 10 min. later. But, I just feel old and worn out. No energy. I'm only 35. I had blood work done at the Dr.s office last week and should get my results today sometime. I also know I have a goiter and my old Dr. never treated it or watched it, just said "ok" and sent me on my way. So, the new Dr. ordered blood tests for my thyroid hormones and also ultrasounds on the goiter. Luckily my gyno did do the ultrasounds on it close to 5 years ago, so they do have something to compare to. I've also got an appt. later this month with my gyno for a total checkup in that area and will prob. go on low dose birth control pills to help regulate my hormones. I only have 1 ovary and with the thyroid issue also I feel like i'm on a roller coaster of craziness..a lot of the time. I feel like my family doens't like being around me because I am happy one minute and then going off about something the next. Anyway, along with my Dr.s visits i'm really wanting to just change my whole lifestyle. I eat way to much comfort food and way to many sweets and treats. I don't exercise enough and never do strength training. I downloaded the couch to 5k program to my ipod and even though i'm intimidated to even start it, i'm going to. May wait to see my test results to make sure I won't have a heart attack or something. But, I should get those today.

Ok, i'm going to browse for some recipes.

~Jen~

Hello all! My name is Cristina, I am 30 years old, am happily married and have four boys (2 by blood, by by marriage and all my darlings!).

I have had "stomach issues" for the past two years and my dietician recommended a low carb "clean" diet. I grew up eating the healthier/clean foods, but got away from it when I had children - convenience food was a lot easier than cooking natural foods myself. My goal is to lose at least 40lbs, but preferably 55. I am also aiming for a "lifestyle change" instead of just a diet!

Anyway, I am glad to be a part of this group and lookforward to "meeting" all of you!

Hi :) I'm new to Clean Eating but I'm very excited and hope this will work well for me. I joined SP in November 2009 & lost 63lbs by mainly cutting calories but my weight loss has practically stalled for over a year. I know I need to move more and I need to overhaul my childish eating. I have a serious sugar problem and as much as I love veggies and fruit, I probably get one serving a day. I feel sluggish and not myself at all. It's been about 5 years since I've been at a healthy weight and it's time to get back there. I'm hitting the ground running this week by stocking my fridge with fresh fruits and veggies. I'm going grocery shopping tomorrow as well. I know my biggest challenge will be getting enough water and cutting out sugar but I'm ready for this change!

Hello!

I am back AGAIN!

I joined this group forever ago, and kinda fell away from clean eating, because I didnt' really know what it was all about. I've had my rebellious phase, and I've been back on the spark for a month or two now, and i figure it's time to challenge myself.

Challenge for myself: Cook clean all week. Don't tell Husband. (If I cook it, he will eat it)

Hello everyone! I started becoming interested in eating clean about a year ago when I picked up an Oxygen magazine at the grocery store. The science behind the concept is quite compelling...that you can gain, maintain or lose weight just by eating clean is nothing short of miraculous! I recently subscribed to the eatcleandiet newsletter via email and regularly purchase Clean Eating Magazine. I find both give me wonderful new recipes to try. Oxygen also pushes the benefits of clean eating and is also full of great recipes. I am going to purchase The Eat Clean Diet Cookbook by Tosca Reno for everyday great ideas, and have started to create my own collection from my online and magazine resources. This is a way of life that every man, woman and child can easily become accustomed to! Good luck all!

Greetings Everyone,
I'm happy to see there's a group dedicated to clean eating. I and my family have been increasingly interested in this over the past year. We were inspired by diverse sources like "Food Inc," Jillian Michaels, "The Biggest Loser" TV show, and resources and people we encountered at our local food co-op and farmers market. It's a big part of our overall effort to refocus our lives in a healthy and balanced way through healthful eating, exercise, and emotional and spiritual centering. For me, in my early 50s, this is one of the best gifts I can give to my wife and daughter, and to my community and students (I teach history) - to be physically and mentally and emotionally fit and on top of my game for a long time to come.
I look forward to learning from all of you.

Hi everyone! I just joined this team, but I have been eating "clean" for the past two weeks while I've been going through cycle one of the 17 Day Diet. At first eating all those veggies (and not eating any sweets) felt like punishment, but now I'm really beginning to LOVE how they make me feel. I really want this to be my new "normal". I'm hopeful I can learn some good tricks from this group for sticking with the unprocessed foods.

Hi all! I am new to the eat clean way of life. But not new to dieting. I have been dieting off and on for 8 years! My heaviest weight 8 years ago was 252. My lowest was a year ago at 130. I am now 172 :( I have tried EVERY diet on the planet I am sure, lol!
But this eating clean plan is the one for me I am sure. It makes a TON of sense, is not a fad, and is not extreme. UNLESS you consider all the FOOD I have to eat, I am SOOOOOOO not used to that! And the ingredients. I have NEVER eaten like this before, and I must say I do find it a little over whelming. I will be searching this forum for answers to my numerous questions. If I do not find them, I will post a new thread. Good luck to me, and to you!

Hi, my name is Trinity, I have been on SP for a month now ...And so far so good.....I love site lots of info.....Not loving my scale yet ....but just hoping that my body is still in shock and that it will catch up with it's self...I just bought the clean Eating Recharged today because the original was not in my book store....I read alot of health books and try to add a bit of each book to my living style ...hope to find good info in this one....will be sitting down with it tonight...I little about me ...I'm 33 and live in Northern California...today it is over cast and a little windy. I'm a single mom to beautiful girl..I'm finally at that place in life where...it clicked that I have to lose this weight...not just for me but for her too, I don't want her to have any bad habits from watching me...I want to be a good role model.....

Change is a choice. Not an easy choice, because it really takes work to turn around your negativity, but keep making the choice and you will see that shift happens.

Today, connect with your intention to change. The more you choose activities and people that support your forward movement, the stronger that part of you will get.

Hi everyone, I'm Kate, live in Alberta, Canada. I am 40, married with two kids. I am so motivated to making eating clean a priority for my whole family. I feel so much better(cleaner) on the inside and outside :) This lifestyle just makes good sense to me.

I have recently signed on with a personal trainer at a local gym and am going to challenge myself outside my comfort zone....Monday is day one. I love walking and strength training so I am looking forward to this new challenge. I look forward to getting to know you all, and would love to help motivate and support you on this journey. The support I find is such a huge help to me :) emoticon

Hi everyone,
My name is Sue and i'm 49 (for a couple more months). I have read the eat-clean diet recharged and I think it makes a lot of sense. I'm pretty good at keeping certain things out of my diet, but like others have said -- eating out is a real challenge. I'm looking forward to sharing recipes and learning some tips for eating clean in 'uncontrolled' situations.

Hi there. My name is Lara, I'm 38 and i have three kids. I live near Madison WI. I stumbled upon this group by accident but it looks like a good one. I have been reading a lot about clean eating and while I'm not there yet, I am working towards that as a goal. It's very hard in our society. My biggest problem seems to be planning meals so I am hoping to find some quick and easy recipes here, amongst other things! Thank you!

Hi Everyone!

My name is Laura, I am 34, almost 35, and live with my BF, 3 cats, and huge Pleco in Northern Virginia, just outside of Washington D.C. I have been on SP since January of 2008 and have lost a little over 30 lbs.

I just picked up the Eat-Clean Diet Recharged last night and have just started reading it today, but I am familiar with the concept of clean eating and have been trying to clean up my diet for a while. I do well with homecooked meals, especially dinner, but have a problem with snacking and eating out. I'm trying to change that, and think that by embracing more of Tosca's actual eat-clean principals, I'll be able to succeed.

Laura

Oh Dragonfly that's so wonderful and very motivational. So are many of your stories here but reading about the heirloom garden really made me smile. I love organic gardening and believe in heirloom seeds.

Hi everyone - I'm Els, short for Elizabeth. I know how to eat but haven't been doing it. I'm done with my many excuses. Today is my first day of a detox diet mainly to break my sugar & wheat & processed food addiction. The detox is also to get my blood sugar & digestive system balanced.

Thanks for posting so many interesting things here. Even if I don't post I'll be reading and keeping up.

I control my food. I no longer let food control me.

My husband and I came up with this diet without realizing there was an official name for it :) We are organic heirloom gardeners and food is so very important to us for ourselves and our children. My husband started Paleo, but found it to be very limiting/boring/expensive. This is the route we have taken. My husband lost 50 lbs and I have lost 47. According to the Wii Fit, I have 2.1 lbs to go and I will no longer be in the "obese" BMI, I will be "overweight." I hope to accomplish this goal in the next week. We didn't change our eating habits to lose weight, we changed because we care about our bodies. The weight loss has been a most excellent side effect.

I look forward to getting some food inspiration and motivation. I'm halfway thru my target weight loss and can't wait to be at goal!

Hey everyone! My name is Rachael and I am back on the Spark! I was able to clean up my diet and lose 80 pounds within a year. I had a good routine and my family was on board with a lot of the changes too. Unfortunately, I did a lot of visiting this summer and went overboard with the food. I stayed with relatives for two weeks and ate all of the stuff I gave up. It made me sick and I gained weight. No surprise there. But I'm back and determined to keep myself healthy! emoticon

Hi,

I am Xiuxie and one of my goals for now is to eat as natural and unprocessed as I can. I am not an absolutist by any means and I will never give up coffee, but I hope I can fit in here anyway. :)

Plenty of things taste as good as being skinny feels. :)

Hi everyone,

I re-joined Sparkpeople mid-May and have lost 7 kilos so far. I went on holiday a couple of weeks ago to Scotland and have indulged a little more than I should have.

One of my Sparkfriends, Atinydancer, has obtained brilliant results from following Tosca Reno's Eat Clean Diet so she inspired me to check it out. It might be a very good way for me to kick-start things again after my holiday.

I am starting today and I've printed a few recipes from the Eat Clean Diet website to help me plan my meals for this week and prepare my shopping list for tonight.

When I get paid at the end of the month, I'm hoping to get Tosca Reno's "Recharged" book and maybe also one of the cookbook.

Hope you all have a fab day! emoticon

Hi!
I'm new to the team, though I've been at SparkPeople for a couple of months. I have been a fan of Tosca Reno's books for several years, and read Oxygen faithfully, though I struggle with eating clean. I'm working toward this and hope the support of this team can move me along that path.

Hello everyone! I just started SP and am looking forward to eating healthier and cleaner. I don't see my weight loss efforts as temporary, but rather a life style that becomes second nature for me and hopefully in turn my children! I'm looking forward to reading the tips and suggestions from everyone who is already on that path!

Hi I'm Jennifer. I first started eating Clean a year and a half ago, but before I finished reading the Eat Clean Diet Recharged my copy of the book, and soon after my motivation, disappeared.

I re-bought the book yesterday on my kindle app for my phone, so I always have it with me, and am ready to get back to eating clean and feeling like a super woman instead of a super potato.

Hi - I'm returning to Spark after a long hiatus. I started eating clean a few weeks ago and bar a few bad days when I missed my caffeine, I'm feeling good. I've vowed to banish the nasty junk that I've allowed to pile up in my body. So far, I'm feeling more energetic and bright-eyed and have even started to walk for 1.5 miles every morning. I just hope I don't slide in the weeks to come. But if I do, I will get back on track - after all, it took a long time for my body to look this way.

I'm not exactly new; I have returned to the team.

I'm participating in a personal challenge for July, and in going through all the material I've saved over the years I came across my Eat Clean books and Clean Eating magazine.

I bought the July issue of Clean Eating and have been using the weekly meal plan as a guide. I have marked a bunch of recipes to try.

I just went through a break-up with the scale, so my next WI is not until the first weekend in August, but I'm looking forward to it.

I'm already feeling good and can tell a big difference in my cravings, especially during this PMS week.

I'm glad to be a part of the team!

Hi, my name is Paula and I've recently purchased the Eat Clean Recharged book. I love this book and this lifestyle change. My husband and I began our first week with this lifestyle of eating and exercise last week. We are off to a wonderful start and enjoying the recipes. Both of us are looking to reach a target weight but most of all, we just want to feel better. So, hello to everyone!

Welcome Holly!

I'm pretty new to clean eating too. I am also doing Paleo and I love it. First time I've not felt hungry when trying to eat healthy.

Hi! I'm Holly. I am 27 years old - and I want to start eating clean!

I have been noticing a lot of processed foods in my diet and I am DONE!

I am new to all of this type of eating, so any and all support is greatly appreciated. My coworker is doing the paleo diet, but I haven't decided that yet. What do you think?

See you around!

Hi I'm Amy and I'm from the UK
emoticon
I'm going to university in September so I've dedicated this summer to getting healthy (not losing weight). My diet is pretty healthy at the moment but I'm in recovery from an eating disorder and processed foods tend to be a big binge trigger for me so I'm working on slowly cutting them out. Hopefully I can gradually work my way up to eating clean and organic and keep it up when I move out!

Hi there! I'm new to this group and fairly new to the whole clean eating lifestyle. I joined sparkpeople to help me lose weight - and I have a fair amount to lose. Although I have greatly improved my eating habits and started losing weight, I still have quite a ways to go. I have a pretty fierce addiction to fast food that I'm trying to shake. I thought this looked like a great place to get some good tips. I look forward to joining in the group fun!

Hi everyone! I am in the middle of reading Tosca's Eat-Clean book, so I figured this would be a good team to join to get more tips and insight into the "clean" way of life. I have been eating clean ~80% of the time (weekends are my downfall) for the past month or so. I feel great and my energy level has increased a lot, but the pounds haven't been coming off like I had hoped (I'm only down 3 lbs in a month). However, I'm trying to keep in mind that getting the weight off slowly through healthy changes instead of deprivation will hopefully lead to lasting results. I have lost weight several times in the past, but each time I followed a strict diet that I couldn't keep up for the long term, so once I started eating "normal" again the weight came back on. I definitely don't feel deprived eating clean since I am eating so often, so I hope I can make this a lifestyle change instead of a "diet"!!

Looking forward to meeting everyone!

Hi all! I'm Kendra. I'm 25 yrs old and am a single mom of a 1 yr old daughter. I'm hoping to be a good role model for her and teach her the goodness in eating the best foods available! I've also recently recognized how badly my body feels when I don't eat wonderful things....and I'm tired of that feeling!

I hope to get the book soon...but in the meantime, I'm going to read up through this team! I look forward to getting to know everyone and everything! :)

Hello! I am very excited to join this team. I kind of accidently fell into the wonders of clean eating because I am currently studying in Chile for several weeks, and with my host family here all I have been eating is clean and fresh and feel AMAZING and look great too - fruits and salads with every meal, lemon as a dressing, whole fresh ingredients in main dishes - honestly, I don't think anything has come out of a box yet! So, I want to keep it going when I get back home! I would love any tips and advice! I will be back at school in fall and know it will be difficult (budget wise) to maintain, but I am so excited because I feel so good now. I already started researching foods and made a weekly grocery list for myself as well as possible 'clean' meal choices for when I get back to school! emoticon Now I can add to the list!

Alex

I hope today and everyday you always find a reason to SMILE.

Hello. I'm Autumn. My friend, whose an insane personal trainer, got me into the idea of eating clean. I've thought about it before, but have never actually tried it. Today was my first offical day, and I did great. But the first day is always the easiest.

I have a trip coming up in July to Miami. I'd like to be at least 155 by the time I go. Right now, I'm 169. Time to hustle. And hopefully this eating clean business will help me. :) I have my workouts done pat. ;)

Hello,

The idea of eating clean seems extremely common sense to me. But in this day and age I think it will be a lot trickier than it would have been 30 or 40 years ago. I haven't read any of the books yet but will start looking around and see if I can find my way down the path to cleaner eating!

Hi all,
I 'discovered' Tosca Reno about 2 years ago and have several of her books. I've evolved a long way toward eating clean, and am ready to kick it up a notch to be more complete and consistent about it.

So far my body has not been one to melt the pounds like so many others speak of, but I feel so much better when I stay with the principles (the release WILL happen eventually, right?!?)

Looking forward to sharing insights and support about this way of eating!

HI my name i Lee, I'm giving eating clean a chance. My body has been gaining & I need to make a u-turn! Giving up lo-cal drinks is going to be a challenge for me--you think that becuse it's low in calories it's "good for you" but really it isn't! You'd be surprised when you look up the side effects what this stuff really does to your body. So I'm trying to think like a cave man- would he find this readily available or are the ingredients something I can pronounce & not a mile long?? Look forward to seeing how I feel in 1,3,6,12 months from now..I just may never want to go back to my old way of eating & drinking!

Hi - my name is Anne and I'm thinking of going the clean eating route. I just got some Tosca Reno books and cookbooks at the library this weekend and am just learning about the specifics of clean eating. (I'm someone who needs to research and plan before I dive in.) I'm excited but it does seem like a big change, even after I thought I knew what it meant to "eat healthy". I'm 31 weeks pregnant and I was going to wait until after my baby is born, but I'll have enough "new" things to get used to then, so I'm considering starting sooner. I'm excited I found this team! I can't wait to feel healthier, have more energy, drop the pregnany weight and MORE, and hopefully, this will help me manage my migraines more effectively also.

Hi, I am walking through mud. I can't seem to stick with anything for very long, I saw Tosca on the Early Show this morning, have read about her books so decided to order three (the diet plan and two cookbooks) from Amazon.com and start as soon as they get here. I also found this awesome site:
billandchelle.com/fitness/index.html

She is an inspiration to following this program!
Wish me luck in this journey.

Hello! I've been trying to eat clean for more than a year, and I figured it would be a good idea to join the group and learn more about what I should be striving to do!

Man often becomes what he believes himself to be. If I keep on saying to myself that I cannot do a certain thing, it is possible that I may end by really becoming incapable of doing it. On the contrary, if I have the belief that I can do it, I shall surely acquire the capacity to do it even if I may not have it at the beginning.

Hello! My name is Amanda and I have been Eating Clean since September 2010. At the suggestion of a friend, I bought The Eat Clean Diet book and it changed me for the better. I lost 15 pounds by December 2010 and another 10 pounds into February 2011. I've kept up Eating Clean, but I have become lazy. I got off track with my sleep and exercise and I have been at a plateau of 25 pounds for nearly 3 months now. I'm reading The Spark and have gained respect for myself and realize just how awesome it is that I've lost 25 pounds so far! It's just shy of halfway of my goal! I'm too close to give up now! So I'm back on track with the help of The Spark and Eating Clean. With these two resources, we're unstoppable!!

Hi, my name is Angela. I am very new to eating clean. I have read hundreds of books on the best way to eat. My problem is that I need an accountability partner that will help me stay on track. The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak. I have three kids and a husband who have been very supportive. I still need a kick in the pants often. I have trouble maintaining exercise and good eating habits at the same time. I wonder how I can walk and chew gum at the same time. Are there any veterans willing to be a buddy to help me along the way? I need all of the help I can get to stay on track. My kids love fruits and veggies and so do I. But I still crave junk and don't cook as often as I need to. Thanks to any willing participants!

Proverbs 3: 4&5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In all your ways, acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight.

Hello all! I am excited to be a part of this group! I just started eating clean 4 days ago & I feel AMAZING! I joined SP early last month & was counting calories - eating frozen dinners and mostly processed food. I was having problems with cravings and really crazy weight fluctuations. In 4 days eating clean not only do I feel much better but I finally broke my weight plateau and I'm losing again. My cravings are gone :) I am so excited! I'm reading all the Tosca I can get my hands on and I feel so relieved to have finally found a lifestyle change that I can make permanent and that will make me feel & look great!

Have a great week - feel free to swing by my page & add me!

Hi every one! My name is Nickie and I have been eating clean for 7 weeks this week. I love the way it makes me feel and soon I hope to see some physical results. My skin is definitely looks awesome and I have this glow that I don't know where it cam from..lol I have noticed a slight, very slight difference with my tummy that I'm trying to lose. But other than those two things I have not really noticed any other results. I hope and pray that eating clean and organic will flatten this tummy of mine. Any way I love eating clean and I can't believe I ate any other way. I have been working out for 4 years and I reached my size goal of 2/4 3 months after I started. Currently I have been running and sculpting. About a year ago I figured out that I like to run(who would of thought..not me) and I have been a full fledged runner ever since. I'm currently doing 30DS with Jillian Michael(i love her)and I hope between that workout, running and eating clean helps me reach my flat tummy goal. So that's pretty much it. OH I almost forgot, tomorrow Is my first EVER 5k race and it's my bday. So it's a double whammy of positive things and I'm so super excited. I will definitely have pics! Have a good Friday the 13th every one!! and sorry about the Novel I just wrote..lol emoticon emoticon

It's time, n it's all about ME!!!
