Jane, have you been meeting your daily protein goasl? 1000 calories sounds like a really restricted diet. you can eat 1200-1500 and still see results. you dont want to put your body in starvation mode, you'll lose muscle mass quickl. change your cardio, ifyou do it at night change it to the am, add in strength training.Remember this is a life change, not a temporary diet. So start your mindset in that direction. Protein is key, and good meals that keep you full for a long time. hope this helps!!
