I have about the same weight to loose as you, and I also struggle with motivation. I find that putting a small encouraging note in a place that I'll see often helps.
On the fridge it says "A year from now, you may wish that you had started today", which I know I really wish I had and hopefully won't have to in a year!
Hey there, just trying to keep these last 45 pounds off and continue to my goal of another 15 pound weight loss. With the holidays it's been a real struggle and my motivation is slipping. I'd love some helpful tips or a friendly challenge!
