I'm new to spark people, and so far I'm loving all the different things that I can find here. I'm 21 and a full-time student with a part-time job. And boy am I busy. I figured its time I get into shape once again and lose a bit of weight! I'm hoping some of you will have some scheduling tips for workouts and making quick and easy meals!
