I can relate! Between a toddler, a 40 minute commute to school, and multiple jobs, my time is scarce. I find the BEST thing to do is schedule your workouts and plan your meals each week. If you schedule when you'll work out (between working, studying, and everything else you may have going on), you're more likely to get it done. If you just say, "I'll work out when I have time," you will probably make excuse after excuse. If don't have a planner already, get one. Pick specific times 3-5 times a week, and stick to it! You can do it.

Rid your mind of "can't!"

Hi fellow college peers. =D I need a good schedule... I work a lot and I don't know when to eat, and when to work out... Today is Day 1 of no smoking for me. and also Day 1 of not drinking anything but water, and drinking at least 10 glasses of water everyday...

I'll check in later to update on my progress. =D
