! Try to aim to lose just one measly pound, no matter how long it takes. When you have done that, feel proud then work toward the next one pound. Small, repeated successes reinforce our motivation and build an attitude that says, "I CAN do it!" Do remember to take time for yourself, perhaps looking at a few minutes of exercise as a respite from care-giving. -- Lou
Welcome Lisa. I agree with LADYIRISH!! I have been having a hard time losing weight because I am a caregiver to my husband who has cancer & I don't take care of me. So, please, take some time for yourself.

I really need this team. Today when I got on the scales I had gained back almost all of the weight that I had lost last year. I am starting over again TODAY. I live with my mom & help take care of her because she has a lot of health problems including cancer. She had to have part of her right lung removed in November. In December on her recheck they said that the got all of the tumor so no radiation this year.
