Congratulations! We are also expecting #5, and I've been exercising regularly. Hope the treadmill is going well. You can use the treadmill all the way to the end, just be careful of incline as you get big. Keeping your balance is key.

We just found out we are expecting number 5 in March 2011. With my fourth baby I didn't gain any weight, and actually ended up lower than when I started. I am hoping to do the same. I am getting a treadmill this week to stay healthy, and am hoping to just eat well and need the accountability to do that!
