Gosh I can't believe pregnancy did that to you, now I've got more reason than ever to get back to my weight lifting cos I once had a physiotherapist tell me (when I was 15) that my back wouldn't cope with pregnancy so I'm going to have to get in that gym and strengthen it before I get too much more pregnant, especially since I look after baby's for a living too.
Congrats on the 2lbs! Thats fabulous. My weight as of today is up slightly by 1.3lbs but that still leaves me 12lbs down but I really want to stay where I am. Next week I'm going to start eating more fruit and veges again and make my vege quiche for lunches. I make it in bulk and then just freeze it and eat it hot at lunch time! YUM!
I am in New Zealand, way down south of the globe. We've had frosts every day for the last 2 weeks but this morning we got rain so I wont have to run my car for 15 minutes+ to defrost it, it was making me chew through the petrol plus it was making me insane thinking i'd be late for work.
