My SparkPage
Hi all! My name is Kay. I'm 54 years young and going strong. I'm a maintainer normally. If I gain more than 5 lbs over my desired weight, I start cutting back to get it where I want it. In the Summertime I don't normally have problems. It's the Winters that get me EVERY year! This year I've slipped to an all time high for me, 10 lbs that need to be lost! I've been doing this for years and years. It's time to get off this roller coaster ride and just start eating healthier and exercising ALL year round! I'm wanting a lifestyle change, not just a diet. I'm wanting not just to lose the remaining lbs I have to lose, but get strength back, and then maintain that for the rest of my life! I'm a terrible eater and snacker. I would much rather grab a handful of Reece cups than eat some raw carrots or celery. I know I NEED to do this as I plan on living the second half of my life HEALTHY!
