A friend and I are racing to 100 lbs lost. We started on 2/15.
My official start weight is 302 lbs.
Im not officially allowed to start exercising until Thursday 2/18 when I am 6w postpartum, but I might just go ahead and start out small.
I plan to do what I was doing before. Track my calories with SPARK!, redo the c25k program (hopefully actually finishing it and being able to participate in a 5k race later this fall), and my favorite pump it up dance video.
I know I wont be able to do it all right away, especially since its been nearly 11 months of no exercise, but Im so excited to get back into it!
What inspirational/motivating/warning things can I tape to my fridge/freezer/pantry/snack cubbard doors to keep me from mindlessly snacking all day long, or to remind me to make better choices??
