I found this really great article on how to firm your arms in 15 minutes. I did these last year and by the time summer came, I saw a significant decrease in my arm jiggle and much more definition. Here's the link:

You can upload your own picture, and it will send you a picture through your e-mail of what you will look like when you lose weight. :)

I find that when I plan my meals out I'm much better about sticking to plan. This site encourages you to post your menus a week in advance. Jane posts her menu and then others post theirs as well. It's just a great site to get meal ideas, even if you have to adjust them to be more healthy. I love her writing style and find I turn to it throughout the week just to read her posts.

One that I use a lot is:

It list about 500 Restaurants. If you choose the restaurant than the item at the bottom of the nutritional facts you will see an unofficial point total.

When I first went on I looked up the points total for my favorite Jack In The Box meal. OMG........It was 52pts. I fell off my chair. I have not eaten that meal from that day on. I suggest to people to do this. It is a real eye opener. Some restaurants refuse to put their info here. Cheesecake Factory at one time would not list but now I see they do. But only there "Weight Healthy Dishes" and 2 cheesecakes.

This site lets you map distances that you walk. Put in an address and then map out your walk. If you want to walk a certain distance a day (a mile?) then you can plot a course to help you do that. Especially useful if you are training for walk/run events.

You can log your weight and the amount of time your run took and it will calculate your calories burned. There are challenges you can join, also, as well as individuals posting helpful running information. I was a member here before and left fot a while when life got to hectic. I am back and would like to share and article I wrote last night.

For us Weight Watchers, my article tells of a husband and wife who took the knowledge of WW Points and made replicas of restaurant meals that reduce the point value of each meal. The meals sound delicious and they reduced the fat and sugar content extremely. Yesterday they set out their recipe for Starbucks Strawberry Banana Parfait. Check it and other recipes out on their site.

Basically they offer wonderful ideas to anyone---not just Weight Watchers!
