I ran across SparkPeople just a half hour ago; and I am ready to begin my Weight Watchers journey here. I am beginning the Points Plus plan today. I have tried and failed in the past with other plans but now feel inspired with Points Plus because it looks at protein and carbs to calculate points. I appreciate that I can join this team with others with the same goals. I am 53 years old, in good health and will lose 64 pounds by Halloween. I am trying to stay positive by saying "will" instead of "need to" thinking that will set a good mind set.
I look forward to sharing with others here and am grateful for this site. Here we go.....!! : )
