How did you feel about your fitness/weight/health at the end of 2013? Not very good, I was being a yo-yo. I gain weight whenever I'm not at work, then I lose weight when I go to work. If I work 24/7, I would be a stick. Maybe I should get a second job. I am now back to almost the 5th floor.
What are your fitness/weight/health goals for 2014? To stick to daily exercise, at least 10 minutes/day of something active. To make healthy food/drink choices. To get at least eight hours of sleep/day.
Is there one thing you would like to do in 2014 that you've never done before? To be confident on a regular basis.
What would you like to see this group doing? To support each other more and be more active. Maybe we should add each other as friends if you are interested.
How did you feel about your fitness/weight/health at the end of 2013? I was not pleased that I weighed more at the end of 2013 than at the end of 2012. i'm afraid I rented a flat in 140 ville, but would really like to move back to this neighborhood.
What are your fitness/weight/health goals for 2014?strength, aerobic, stretch, hi fiber, water, sleep
Is there one thing you would like to do in 2014 that you've never done before? not never, but I haven't weighed 130 in a very long time!!
What would you like to see this group doing? being my personal coach and chef and manager and secretary :) I don't really know....

What are your fitness/weight/health goals for 2014? I know I can reach my goal weight. To do that so far, I have - Rejoined the gym - Joined Weight Watchers online
Is there one thing you would like to do in 2014 that you've never done before? I'll have to get back to you all about this one. I feel like if I can get to a point where I feel good about my body and myself, I'll hopefully have more energy, and I can do something adventurous or exciting. But right now, I can't see myself in that place yet.
What would you like to see this group doing? I'd like to get involved with more challenges and see more of us moving down and OUT!

Well, the second half of 2013 was a bust for me. All kinds of things going on for me that I prefer not to share here. But basically as a result, I pretty much don't even belong in 130-ville...thank you for letting me rent a room!
