How did you feel about your fitness/weight/health at the end of 2013?
Not very good, I was being a yo-yo. I gain weight whenever I'm not at work, then I lose weight when I go to work. If I work 24/7, I would be a stick. Maybe I should get a second job.
I am now back to almost the 5th floor.
What are your fitness/weight/health goals for 2014?
To stick to daily exercise, at least 10 minutes/day of something active.
To make healthy food/drink choices.
To get at least eight hours of sleep/day.
Is there one thing you would like to do in 2014 that you've never done before?
To be confident on a regular basis.
What would you like to see this group doing?
To support each other more and be more active. Maybe we should add each other as friends if you are interested.
