I am tettering between 128.8-133 over the past week. I'm not very happy either. I have actually increased my exercise regimen over the past week and a half to include jogging (12 min mile) and the 30 Day Shred Level 2, along with a few other Tone It Up videos and I am not seeing results... the scale is going in the opposite direction despite the fact that I have stayed within my calorie range (closer to the low end, in fact)... could it really be muscle or what else could be going on?

Well...as much as I love you all, I am not happy to be back.....
I was down to 122 over the summer. By Jan 1st, I was at 145.6. How did that happen in such a short period of time? No Spark People that's how! So. I am now back down to 137.8 so hopefully I will be moving right on through with your help and support once again....
