Hi everyone! :) I'm Ashley. I'm a 24-year-old newlywed in Virginia. I joined SparkPeople this weekend after a couple of weeks of working out with a friend and blindly trying to modify my eating habits! I've gained some weight since getting married last summer and I really just want to be fit and healthy.
Aside from sparking, I'm a nanny for a local family and I work with my local Humane Society and their homeless cats! :) And, predictably, I love to bake! About 98% of what I know about cooking and baking, I learned in the last year. Truly. But I really love it.
Also I want some chocolate chip cookies pretty badly right about now. Help!
