I love to top off with something sweet, too. If I want to be good, the square Dove dark chocolate seems to fill the bill. I happen to love dark chocolate and it doesn't hurt that it seems to get "thumbs up" from what I read. Another thing that might help is a cup of hot tea or even coffee. There are so many flavors, and it usually helps me in curbing my appetite.
Hey :) I'm a sweets fanatic, I always want something sweet after I eat. The only thing is I don't know many recipes that I can eat and still be considered on a diet and then I snack n all hell breaks loose with my diet. So, I'd love supporters for not eating the sweets and finding an alternative to eat that will kill the sweet tooth craving for me :) Nice to meet you all!!!
