Hi everyone! Just signed on for Day 1 of my weight loss journey. I have a long way to go and I am hoping with the online support of others I am able to reach my goal. Would love to hear your stories about how you got started and how you are able to stay motivated. I find it difficult being a stay at home mom to motivate myself, especially during the winter. I feel socially isolated and tend to turn to food as my friend. Hopefully I can learn some strategies on how to do things differently. I am very excited to begin this new journey.
