Hi, I've just recently found my inner baker after finding pinterest(this one's been a while) and then my son's scout pack having a bake sale. I'm tired of just pinning the receipes and then doing nothing with them. So here I am apron and mixer in hand.

Hi everyone, I just found this team and I'm very happy about that. I'm trying to bake for the holidays and I'm not great at it. I'm here for great suggestions of desserts and ways to make them healthy. I want to feed myself and anyone else I bake for only healthy treats.

My name is Chris Anderson and I LOVE TO BAKE!! I try not to bake a lot because I know where those cookies will go, in my mouth. My husband has better will power than I do. So now here come the holidays and the baking ingredients are going to find there way back into my pantry. My favorites to make are cookies and bread loaves like banana and pumpkin. I haven't ventured into pies, my husband does not like any kind of pie and I know I would eat that before it was even done cooking.
I have been on WW before and recently rejoined with work in May of this year and when that came to an end I joined on my own on the outside of work. This recent WW term is until 1/13/13, but I already feel like I am in a rut. I have lost 22 pounds since May and want to at least lose 25 more. I am just looking for friendly support.
