Hi and WELCOME!!!!
Maybe you can share some tips with us, too..i own a small bakery and substitute applesauce alot for sweeetening...but i havent had the greatest of luck with splenda..seems to change the texture alot!!

Hello! I'm new on Spark People (2nd day) I love to bake! It's my passion! But since I got married to my husband and he is a diabetic...now I have to sub the sugar for artificial sweetener. I'm hoping that people on this team can give me new recipe's that I can eat and as well as my husband!
