I agree. Baking makes me feel good. I enjoy making something that others can eat and will make them happy. I had stopped baking when I joined SP because I didn't want to tempt my sweet tooth, but I feel I have tamed it now and can bake more often again. I want to experiment with healthier baking as well. Hi Jenny...I too had a home baking business certified through ags and markets and then the laws changed..I had to put in a separate building and go under Health dept..at GREAT expense. but its worth it as i can advertise, and am insured, and I know everything is certified and i can sell anywhere! if you ever want to trade recipes let me know!! Hi~ I am fairly new to Spark people, just joined last Thursday. Very excited to get moving and hopefully lose my excess pounds. I also love to bake - it is a form of therapy for me. If I have had a bad day at work, or am feeling low, I know I can whip something up in the kitchen and feel better by the end. Fortunately, I only eat one or two servings of whatever I make and the rest goes to work with my husband! I have my own "home-baking" business and spend a lot of time reading baking blogs and cookbooks. I look forward to being on this team and hearing about all the great baking going on out there - as well as hopefully some tips for altering recipes to make them more calorie-friendly!
