I'm a married Mom of 6 wonderful children. In the last few years, my interest in cooking has really taken off - especially baking. The problem is, I have to try everything I bake which isn't helping with my weight loss efforts. I love to bake cookies and cakes for my kids and hubby and lower calorie options would be great, just in case I do feel the need to indulge. I am focusing more on healthy meals that will benefit the whole family, but I do miss baking the sweet treats on the weekend. Any ideas and recipes I can find would be gratefully recieved.

Aside from baking, I enjoy reading and listening to music. I like to walk and swim, although I don't do these things anywhere near often enough!
