Hi Ladies! Thanks for the welcome! So heres my hints. I come from a large family and have 2 boys that can clean out a fully stocked fridge in an hour. And not gain an ounce dern kids anyway :)
What I do is fix a normal sized meal and then portion it out into single serve size freezer safe containers. That way fiance has meals to take to work and I have a little bit of control. Another thing I do is bake 6 cookies at a time and freeze the rest of the dough. Bake mini loaves of bread for the 2 of us and split one loaf per meal.
I don't worry about baking lowfat because I can't find good lowfat recipes. (I only have 350 cookbooks) So I just try to use good protion control and 6" plates.
