I'm back and ready this time to really stay focused! I've been here before and was very successful, but then some pretty bad things happened in my life and I gained all the weight I'd lost back again. I was miserable and I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired. I'm also quite a bit more motivated now. But anywho, howdy. y'all, and let's see where this journey takes me!
