Hello everyone! I have been gone from SparkPeople for a few months, because I had lost motivation, but am realizing that I NEED to get back into the habit of working out regularly and tracking what I eat. I know it is a weird day to start, but I am getting back on track tomorrow (or today, since it's after midnight) with a trip to the gym, tracking food, and restarting my goals. This time I WILL stick to it!!
