I've been on and off Spark several times in the last 5 years. =)
I go through phases where I get tired of tracking, tired of watching the scale NOT move. I work full time, go to school part time, have a hubby and 3 kids. Sometimes I just don't want to take the time to log on here.
But always, when I need to get back on track, I'm right back on Spark. It moves up on the priority list.
So, I know exactly what you mean about losing motivation and finding it again. WELCOME BACK!!! I came back just a couple of weeks ago myself.

Hello everyone! I have been gone from SparkPeople for a few months, because I had lost motivation, but am realizing that I NEED to get back into the habit of working out regularly and tracking what I eat. I know it is a weird day to start, but I am getting back on track tomorrow (or today, since it's after midnight) with a trip to the gym, tracking food, and restarting my goals. This time I WILL stick to it!!
