Hi Amy, the first thing I would suggest you do is eliminate the "f" word from your vocabulary!!
Failure is not an option when you replace it with the new "f" word - FEEDBACK. If you see every "failure" instead as "feedback" you will continue your journey even though it hasn't been perfect.
For example: When you make a wrong choice and your tummy gets upset - see it as FEEDBACK - saying, "I need to make a better choice next time"
When you step on the scale and you have a gain - see it as FEEDBACK, that you have to do something different the next time.
When you go for a walk/run and your body is hurting that might be FEEDBACK saying that you over did it and you need to go more slowly at the beginning.
Whatever perceived failure that arrises seen only as FEEDBACK can propel you to greater heights and keep you going when the going gets tough.
