Wanted to do a quick intro. I am 44, I am a SAHM who has fraternal twin girls age 8 and a son 5. I am 5'4, 150 lbs and the heaviest I have been since I have had my son. I live in Colorado and am really lucky to live in such a beautiful place. Married for 15 years and am usually pretty happy about stuff. However, I would like to lose 30 lbs and not feeling too good about myself right now. Like most you guys I am sure, I struggle making time to exercise and balancing all the other demands of being a mom. I have cut down on my wine consumption (2-3 glasses 3-5x a week to 1-2x a week), but have found myself munching in the late afternoon and evenings instead. So, its time to make some changes because I know that I am the only one who can do it. I know that consistent exercise and I know that when I have tracked my food in the past, I have lost weight. So, its time. I am looking for encouragement and support, and I will return likewise; and I believe being part of like mined moms who are in the same boat will help!! Thanks!
