Welcome Cobabies! I just read up on your disease. It sounds like something like you can manage. Salt reduction makes sence. At first you will crave salt but soon you won't miss it. The thing to watch for is packaged foods. I found lowering salt helped me lose weight. I am doing this to lower blood pressure.
