I HAVE BEEN A WEEK NOW WITH MY NEW "SALT" SHAKER ! I HAVE GOT SOMETHING IN IT THAT IS SIMULAR TO MRS DASH ! DON'T THINK THATS GONNA WORK ON WATERMELON AND MUSHMELLON BUT BESIDES THAT I DON'T MISS THE SALT TASTE ! I AM THANKFUL I JOINED THIS TEAM ! GONNA DRIZZLE ALITTLE LIGHT RANCH OR LIGHT ITALIAN DRESSING ON MY TOMATOES THIS SUMMER ! JUST ENOUGH TO GIVE IT SOME ZIP ! HAVEN'T FIGURED OUT ANYTHING FOR THE WATERMELLON YET BUT I WILL !
The Lord is my strength and i know i can do better with the Lords help. The Lord laid it on my heart to start a team called GOD ANSWERS PRAYER AND I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE ANYBODY THAT WANTS HELP TO LOSE THEIR WEIGHT TO JOIN . I KNOW I CAN'T DO THIS WITHOUT THE LORDS HELP !
It does take a little getting used to. Experiment with other herbs and spices in your meals. One thing I did with mashed potatoes was to use low sodium vegetable broth, and I found I didn't need to add much else,
Yesterday, I ate my first meal with no salt. I only used pepper, and I have to tell you on the mashed potatoes, I didn't even use butter. I know it will take some getting used to. I've told myself I can do it.
