Read food labels, and if you are tracking your food intake in the nutrition tracker, you can add sodium as a nutrient to track. Be sure not to go too low.

My name is Sara and I am 21 years old. My current weight is 160 and my goal weight is 135. I want to cut salt out of my diet as much as I can because salt retains water and not to mention it isn't the healthiest thing for your body.

I wanted to join a few groups here because I do not have many people in my real life that I can talk to about my weight loss goals.
