For me when I am successful is to actively track everything I eat - the good, the bad, and the ugly. Make sure you are measuring everything to ensure accurate tracking of what you eat.
Set up your nutritional tracker to track the sodium and cholesterol. When I stay on track for the big 4 and keep my sodium and cholesterol intake low is when I have the best success. Anyway those are the benchmarks that work for me
