Lots of great resources here and teammates who can assist. When I have my best success is when I am consistently logging what I eat in the nutritional tracker and monitoring my sodium intake to shoot for consistently being under 2000 mg (1500 ideally).

Hi my names kim Campbell. i had weightloss surgery 6 years ago and since i got married last year i have managed to gain 20 lbs so not happy and trying to lose weight. again. im a college student who turned 40 last week lol. i do have a daughter she is grown and in college herself. if there is anything else you want to know feel free to send me a message
