Hi Kim and to Lowering Salt Intake team.
Lots of great resources here and teammates who can assist. When I have my best success is when I am consistently logging what I eat in the nutritional tracker and monitoring my sodium intake to shoot for consistently being under 2000 mg (1500 ideally).
Post for sparkmail any questions you may have. We wish you great success.
