I am a 40 year old mother of one who has had a weight problem most of my life. I have tried every diet out there with little or no results. I am on the treadmill 1 hour a day for the last week and I have lost 4 pounds but I have alot more to lose. I need to be motivated, hope I can get some help here, good luck to us all!!!!!
