Sodium is a pretty sneaky animal. It's dang hard to lower it if you don't know where it's coming from. Tanks SP, because the Doctors Nutritionists don't help much...Big Al

The first step to going low sodium is realizing how much you're taking in. Spark People has me focused on being healthy and I found this is one area that needs constant monitoring. Thank goodness for the tools here.

Hi everyone. I am excited to be apart of your team. I have worked really hard to get to my goal weight. However, I have gained 4 lbs in 2 weeks and I believe it is because of my sodium intake. I really need the support. I am looking forward to meeting some new friends. Thanks in advance for any help, April
