Sodium is a sneaky booger & food processors and restaurants think they have to put tons of salt in their food to make it taste better or last longer. All I can suggest is to eat fresh fruits and veggies, frozen fruits and veggies are usually pretty low in sodium, and read the labels. Also, a salt substitute and other spices & herbs will help with flavor. You'll get to where you won't like the taste of salt and will be able to id the high sodium stuff with just 1 bite. Good luck!
