Welcome to the team. If you have any questions, just post and someone will try and answer. I suggest keeping your nutritional tracker and following your sodium intake there. You and Cindy (other co leader for the team) need to compare notes, she has the same ear problems.

Sodium is a sneaky booger & food processors and restaurants think they have to put tons of salt in their food to make it taste better or last longer. All I can suggest is to eat fresh fruits and veggies, frozen fruits and veggies are usually pretty low in sodium, and read the labels. Also, a salt substitute and other spices & herbs will help with flavor. You'll get to where you won't like the taste of salt and will be able to id the high sodium stuff with just 1 bite. Good luck! Hi, I have Meniere's Disease (fluid in the inner ear) which causes vertigo/dizziness. My ENT doctor told me I need be on a low-sodium diet which should help.
I try and watch my sodium intake, but some foods have way more than others. Hoping to learn some new things and getting to know the team members here.
