I just started moving again since struggling with a pinched nerve in my neck. I walked on the treadmill for 40 minutes at about 3 mph. I used to always do some sort of an incline but that wouldnt have been wise. It felt good to walk again. I plan on doing it again tomorrow night and the day after that and the day after that..
The last couple of wks I didn't feel good (I think or I was just making excuses) so I really pushed myself even to do a little. Thinking I need a change to shake me up I couldn't decide on a membership at Curves or buying a treadmill. When I came across a clearance price on the treadmill that made up my mind for me (and winter is coming on). I really like it and I have it where I can watch TV or play music (2 remotes to keep on the console LOL) but I don't have to stop when I change my mind! Let's keep this journey rolling.
Hang in there everyone We can do this!!! even if we mess up, just have to get back on track and go for it again!! I am struggling with my sodium levels right now and not getting the exercise I really want but not going to give up

Very good attitude on moving forward and have your health as a priority! I love it!!! We all have had some damage, hurts, or whatever in exercising or just moving the wrong way or just even being to sick to exercise at times. But, little by little we will all get through this and emerge more victorious than ever before! Just hang in there!

I am a member since July 2009, I am very much into getting moving right now. I really would like for this lets-go attitude to continue. I get much inspiration from my login to sparkpeople. Thanks for your help and motivation.
