Just go and do it. I never want to do anything until I get started. Just take the first step. If you wont do it for yourself, do it for me. I will depend on your actions to motivate me to keep moving.

I just started moving again since struggling with a pinched nerve in my neck. I walked on the treadmill for 40 minutes at about 3 mph. I used to always do some sort of an incline but that wouldnt have been wise. It felt good to walk again. I plan on doing it again tomorrow night and the day after that and the day after that.. emoticon

The last couple of wks I didn't feel good (I think or I was just making excuses) so I really pushed myself even to do a little. Thinking I need a change to shake me up I couldn't decide on a membership at Curves or buying a treadmill. When I came across a clearance price on the treadmill that made up my mind for me (and winter is coming on). I really like it and I have it where I can watch TV or play music (2 remotes to keep on the console LOL) but I don't have to stop when I change my mind! Let's keep this journey rolling.

Slow but will get there!

Know how you feel, burned myself out a few months ago, trying to do to much. Regrouped and got back on track again. HANG IN THERE, WE, THAT'S WE CAN DO THIS.

By the way, I had a bad salt day yesterday 3069. Double what I want. But I'm hanging in there, got to do this......later, later, you guy.....gb75 emoticon

Very good attitude on moving forward and have your health as a priority! I love it!!! We all have had some damage, hurts, or whatever in exercising or just moving the wrong way or just even being to sick to exercise at times. But, little by little we will all get through this and emerge more victorious than ever before! Just hang in there!

I kind of did some damage to myself with some exercise and walking a few weeks ago. I'm going to try again, but with a slightly more modest goal. I don't give up on this. My health is my life.

I am all for the WE CAN DO IT, Let's Get Moving attitude. It is very present on Sparkpeople, just wish we could see a bit more of it in this team.

Yes, my sister and I been doing this sense Jan. Telling each other, JUST HANG IN THERE, WE CAN DO THIS, and it's working 30 and 40 pounds later. Cool! Keep going, it does work. The Greenbird75 emoticon

I am a member since July 2009, I am very much into getting moving right now. I really would like for this lets-go attitude to continue. I get much inspiration from my login to sparkpeople. Thanks for your help and motivation.
