Welcome to the group Woodrocks! I am not sure about copyright laws but I would think that your property is yours to do with as you see fit for your use. Another words as long as you are not uploading it to the internet for everyones use you should be fine. Since you are merely transfering the nformation to your tablet, for your use, I would not think this would be a crime of piracy.

I am delighted to find a discussion forum on Callanetics! I have done Many exercise videos but always return to my old favorite. I upgraded to DVDs from VHS years ago and would now like to download Callanetics to my tablet so I can do it while on the road. I want to respect copyright laws, does anyone know how to legitimately acquire Callanetics in digital format?

I have done Callanetics off and on for years. I find the benefits similar to yoga or Pilates, but it's different, too.

What a great article! Callanetics has been my exercise buddy since 1989. Although I have strayed away at times, I always come back. I injured my back the first time in 1991,I have used Callanetics as treatment since that time. As the arthritis has progressed I have found Callenetics is the only workout I can do consistantly that tightens and tones as well as lengthen and expand the back and hips safely. I love Callanetics because I can do as much or as little as my body allows and still see progress!

Please share some benefits you may have seen from doing Callanetics!

I have become stronger and able to do them without stopping. I still have trouble with the the thigh stretch though.
