You need to lose about 1.5 pounds per week, which is very reasonable. Use the calerie counter to keep track of everything you intake. Also, plan out and do daily exercise and you will be a much lighter rider in the Spring!

Welcome and good luck. Your goals sound reasonable and you should be able to achieve them. Losing the pounds will help your riding, making it easier. The less weight, the more easily you will be able to maneuver on the track.
