I retired on June 27th, and last Friday I finally got the results from my stress test, so I can start working out. The doctor put my sweet wife in charge of my fitness and weight loss program. I am supposed to lose 60 lbs in 6 months (by February 1st) by walking 30 min every day and do light strength training exercises (10 lbs resistance to start) for 20-30 min Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.
I will need all the support I can get.
