Just arrived into Afghanistan a couple weeks ago. Eating right is difficult, but definatelly have gym time. Miss swimming in the pool and unable to exercise outside due to the air quality. Got a year to drop my weight and hopefully get off the meds.

Hey, RECON36. Great job getting rid of all that weight! If you stick with SparkPeople, you'll be able to continue with your new-found health/fitness/weight management. SparkPeople and the Spark Men Team are great tools for sustaining motivation. Look forward to seeing you participating lots in the future. First up, it'd be great if you'd set up a SparkPage.

Normally I'm in Central Texas, but the last 4 months I have been in Afghanistan working. I get to go home in a month and a half. While here I have lost 38 pounds and have really made a difference in my quality of life. I really hope I can keep it up at home. Working out here is easy to do, as there's nothing else to do! At home too many things attract my attention.
