Well. I have been on Spark pretty much since inception (of Spark, not the movie)
I was really into it and active for awhile and then fell in and out. I actually ran this town for a bit, meaning I was the group leader of spark men.
I am looking to get back into the weight loss and exercise/'diet' and well being. I am training for a marathon, so I get a good deal of running in, but still need to work on strength training and eating better.
Hope to get to know some new guys, and hopefully get some momentum and get some things done.
