For possibly the 20th time I am back at SparkPeople trying to get myself on the right track. Had great success five yeas ago with a 50lb loss, but didn't maintain it long enough to change habits.
Did CrossFit for two years but stopped 6 months ago due to injuries that still have not been diagnosed. Going for MRI in a few weeks to try to find source of numbness in all four extremities. Stupid thing is that am still able to run and just ran a 25 minute 5k just yesterday, over a bridge twice!
My wife tells me to log my food because hat is my downfall....so here I am again. See a few familiar faces, will try to contribute.
