yep, your in the right piace, I haven't been on in the last 3 months. and I had some back slides. I started at 285, and lost almost 70lbs up till 3 months ago. stress of work, family, (Money). took me away from my diet. and exercises. I've gained 25 lbs back. This is my day One Restart. Brother if you use the Tracker, religiously, and read. the blogs/post. and use them. You will loose weight and began to get your energy/health back.
