Welcome, Yep SP is my best friend about 20min. per day, and some days its 2hrs, when I'm reading blogs, or info on health/nutrition/differ. workouts or doing 10-20min. streaming sparkpeople video workouts.
I felt as u did about hurting all over, back, knees, feet, shins, and being out of breath. and I knew that I would be hurting when I began losing weight and for many months I would hurt till I got some weight off. I choose the later because I also knew that once I got some of the weight off I would have fewer painful days, and few still more with every extra pound of weight that came off.
I struggled with this knowledge for many years losing 10-30lbs then always going back to my old habits. Till one day I finally made the decision I wanted to live, and have a life of no pain, no pills, and no doctors. I wanted to be alive enjoying life with my children while they were still children and someday be able to play with my future grand children.
I found SparkPeople and it has literally changed my life because I was truly ready for a new life. Its kinda like AA it works if you work it, and never be afraid to ask for help, or ask the dumb questions cause there aren't any dumb questions..
