I am 56 years old father of two and granddad to two the youngest, a girl, being only a week old. I want to see my grandkids grow up. I am approx 45 pounds overweight so that is my goal for the end of the year. I have started the diet which I find easy to follow, the exercises however caused great pain although i am sure it will get easier. So heres to everyone on a diet keep going and good luck.
