I get that, feeling embarrassed about coming back. But this isn't a place for perfection. If it was, we'd already be the weight we want to be. This place is about finding a way to live healthy and happy.

So again, welcome back. And good luck finding your way.

You make me feel sentimental. LOL.
I have been trying to get back myself.
I think I don't log on after being away, cause I am ashamed of not doing that well.

Anyway See you around. best of luck.

Hey,

I know how it feels--my weight and motivation has its ups and downs. The main thing is finding some sort of balance. Glad you're getting your mind back on track--try to stay positive focusing on positive decisions each day.

Running is definitely my favorite calorie burning activity--and it seems like I can control what I eat better on the days I run.

I've added you as a SP friend--add me and maybe we can encourage one another.

Peace, Todd

Yeah yeah, well four years and two kids later I'm ready for the challenge again. Challenge in the sense that I know I need not to make a 'quick-fix' which I did before, but in that I need to reach goal and maintain for a loooong time so that it becomes my 'norm'.

Seems like I was on the first boats of Sparkers back in the spring of 2007. Had great, and quick, success at dropping weight. I'm older now and with two kids I tire a little faster it seems. I'm active in CrossFit, but with that I have dropped the 3x a week 5k runs. That and logging my food intake have resulted in settling back to 249 area. Not cool. Anyway...I'm back. Let's see what we can do.
