Hi, my name is Mike. I live a completely unhealthy lifestyle, but it's all about to change. I smoke, I drink, I eat everything and anything I want, damn the consequences. Today I tried to see how I would do eating a typical amount of food and I blew my allowed calories by nearly 1,000. It's time for a change.
