Good morning! My name is Shawn and I'm a recent addition to the Spark Men team. I haven't been on Spark People long however I have been enjoying the short time I have been here.
Goals? Right now I have four mini-weight goals: to lower my weight by 5 pounds monthly. This should have me to one of my larger goals by June 1 if all goes as planned. I've been attending an 'intervals' bootcamp for the last 12 weeks, we're about to start another 12 weeks on 2/14 and I've rejoined a local gym after letting go a membership roughly 10 years ago. Finally I'm fixing all the wrong that I've done!
